Dear Eagle Charters Fishermen,
A few things to note before your upcoming trip with us:
Payment and Gratuities
Please pay for the remainder of your trip with a check or cash. We do accept credit cards, however, there is a 3% bank transaction fee that will be added if paying by credit card. Payments for gratuities must be paid with cash so we may divide amongst our staff. The average amount is 10% to 15% of your trip price. If you had a great trip, you be the judge.
Licenses
We would prefer your fishing license and/or King Salmon Stamp to be purchased online before you arrive at the Cove. The website to do this is www.adfg.alaska.gov/ Make sure you select “Sport fishing license” for the proper number of days you will be fishing with us.
Arrival
Please make sure all your luggage is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number. This will prevent confusion upon arrival. Take a moment to fill out the form and return it to us, so that we can ensure your trip goes smoothly. If you are a group organizer please make sure that each guest in your party gets one.
Our boats provide a smooth ride and rarely does anyone get seasick. For those of you that need it, there is a medication that you can get from your doctor to help with this. It is called scopolamine hydrobromid 0.4 mg, also known as scopace. It does not make you tired and works well.
If you need to get in touch with us before your arrival, the off-season phone number is 1-360-606-5600 or 1-360-607-8470.
Thank you for your continued support. We know you have many choices in fishing lodges, and we appreciate you choosing Eagle Charters.
See you at the Cove!
