Dear Eagle Charters Fishermen,
Joe and I are working hard to make sure that the 2015 fishing season is the most memorable ever. We are trying to implement a few procedures that will make things a little easier for us. Listed below are some things that would help us tremendously:
1: Please pay for the remainder of your trip with a check or cash. We will still accept credit card payments, if you must pay that way, but our preferred method is check or cash.
2: We would prefer your fishing license and/or Salmon Stamp to be purchased on line before you arrive at the Cove. The website to do this is www.adfg.alaska.gov/
3: Payments for gratuities must be paid with cash so we may divide amongst our staff. The average amount is 10% to 15% of your trip price. If you had a great trip, you be the judge.
4: Please make sure all your luggage is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number. This will prevent confusion upon arrival.
5: Please take a moment to fill out the enclosed form on the reverse side of this letter and return to us, so that we can ensure your trip goes smoothly. If you are a group organizer please make sure that each guest in your party gets one.
Joe and I are going to Elfin Cove on May 1st. Should you need to contact us, you can reach us at the Cove by calling 1‐888‐828‐1970 or Joe's cell phone at 360‐921‐0196. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org .
Our boats provide a smooth ride and rarely does anyone get seasick. For those of you that need it, there is a medication that you can get from your doctor to help with this. It is called scopolamine hydrobromid 0.4 mg, also known as scopace. It does not make you tired and works well.
Joe and I would like to thank you for your continued support. We know you have many choices in fishing lodges, and we appreciate you choosing Eagle Charters.
See you at the Cove.
